| sounds crazy but if all the guages look fine then it could be your depth alarm going off -check the setting on it |

Depth gauge buzzers connected to the dash warning lights....... Never seen that before.
A problem with the way Fountain wires the 2 warning lights is that they both go off, so you don't know which motor is the problem if you have twins (I rewired mine, 1 light for each motor, but same loud buzzer) I had the same problem last couple yrs on my 502 MPI's. Read somewhere that a low battery will cause the ECM to trigger the warning buzzers. Not sure if true or not. (The Fountain installed buzzers and dash lights are tied into the MERC warning buzzers with use of diodes) Never did pin point my problem down. It only happened a couple of times. |

| Ya, I think its also restraining my Motor from turning more then 4000 Rpm's...... I gave up and left it for a Trained Mercruiser tech to scan for codes and find the problem....... |

| single motor then? When all else fails, that trained mech with a scan tool will make it easier to fix. |
