The Mariner’s Club Resort of Key Largo is proud to announce the forming of Mariner’s Club Offshore Racing. The boat is a 29’ Fountain and will campaign in the SBI/APBA series as F1-2. Tabbed to be in the cockpit is Scott Brown, of N. Myrtle Beach, SC., and Trent Weyant, of Melbourne, FL. The team will debut at the First Annual Crystal Coast Superboat Grand Prix in Morehead City, NC, September 22nd – 24th.
Located at mile marker 97.5 on historic US 1 in the Florida Keys, The Mariner’s Club offer modern-day adventure seekers a surprisingly accessible and luxurious experience. This private resort community, on Florida’s largest Key, provides guests with a wide array of enticing accommodation choices. One, two, three, and four bedroom suites are available throughout the lush, oceanfront property. The town home residences of Mariner’s Club are open and inviting and reflect the charm of Old Key West. The two, three, and four bedroom accommodations offer whirlpool tubs and complete kitchens. The resort’s host of amenities includes a heated pool, the largest in the Florida Keys at 7500 sq. ft., a Coral Jacuzzi Grotto, tennis courts, 43 slip marina, The Mandalay Restaurant and Tiki Bar, fitness rooms, as well as banquet, wedding, and meeting facilities.

Watch that fountain in the rough . I've seen how well it accelerates out the apex when KOOLHAND had it . Impressive to say the least .
By the way ,why did Frank drop the " KOOLHAND " ?
I liked it ,It fits him . If it was over nasty comments from Brute Steroid I'd just let that go .

I want to thank everyone for their support but especally Dave and his team. Scott and I are your biggest cheerleaders. You and your team are a true class act and it is an honor to compete against and share the race course with your team. My father always said, "In order to be the best, you have to beat the best" I hope after we get some time in the boat, F1 will be able to put on a great show for the fans that come out and support us.
Rick, I definitly look forward to seeing you in KW. I will never forget Miami this year, you were about to see a grown man cry :D Hopefully you wont have to witness that episode ever again.
Agressor I will post pics when I get back from the Morehead race. I had the boat delivered to South Carolina, so I havent seen it yet.
Mike it was great seeing you also in NYC, but I am still trying to figure out how you got JC to let you race with your grandson on your lap. i never saw you guys 2 ft from each other the whole weekend. Hes a cute little rascal so I dont blame you.
i also want to thank the Mariner's Club for the faith and confidence they have in Scott and I. We wouldn't be where we are today without them and look forward to the oportunity of representing them well into the future, especially when we move up to Super Vee, we will need all the support we can get at that level :clown:

Looks like KW is out, the wife has a wedding to go to, and I guess I have to be there :rolleyes:
I told her if I wasnt doing KW, she better let me have my fun in Deerfield though, seeing as I live 5 minutes from the pits. Let me know if you guys need any help for Deerfield, as I am always willing to give a hand.
Yeah, that was kinda scary at Miami, but at least you got it running, and all was well. :D

Sorry it took long for a response, but have been getting the old girl ready for KW, actualy trying to figure out how to shead 14 mph off of her. Thank you Shane for posting a good pic, I have had problems posting pics on either board as ya'll can evidently see I aint doing it right. Mike it was great seeing you in Deerfield, hopefully we can have enough time to sit down and enjoy a beverage in KW and carry on a conversation

The numbers like Rick said are a font, I was told by the officials "Officially I have to tell you change them or make them bigger, but un-officially they look cool as chit"
