I think once someone responds to the thread, you can`t delete it. If you contact a moderator, they can delete it for you.

Nope...........It was this thread.........and no one had posted to it yet. I was able to change the subject and content but wasn't allow to delete it. I could before. Also when you get a new PM it doesn't popup on your screen like it did before. :confused:

we do not permit members to delete their own threads. a fews years ago we had a great thread going with hundreds of pictures posted in it... then as so often happens the thread drifted off course and the member who started the thread got ticked off because of something someone said and he deleted the thread and hundreds of members got ticked off, because all of their posts and pictures were lost.

only moderators can delete threads nowadays....

you can delete your own posts, but not threads...

Thanks Jeff. What about the new PM's popup's? I have it set in my profile to popup on new PM's

Sometimes your firewall and popup blocker/virus software willnot allow the popups. Mine is that way

www.speedwake.com has been added to my safe list. Nothing has changed from before. Other members have the same problem as I do.

I did the same thing with mine but it still will not allow the popups?? Go figure huh?
