If a thread has more than one page the numbers are listed for how many pages it has.
Can you make these numbers bigger or the area that you hit bigger?

I made the characters bold..

Yes Jeff,
Those are the ones I was asking about. The ones at the top right corner and the lower left corner when there are multiple pages in a thread. To me it does help having them bolder trying to put the pointer on them but it might be a mental thing:confused1
