It's certainly not as active as it used to be, sign of the times I guess.

Sorry to leave you guys hanging.

I'm super busy (2 businesses now) and don't hang around this site anymore.

This thread is great....was the only thing that kept me here....however I let that slip from my 'to do list' also.

Wish i could move it - but I can't.

I'm working on my day off (go figure !) so maybe I'll have time later to read thru what I've missed and start to get this thread updated.

I'll see what i can do.

Hope you guys have enjoyed the rest of thread before the last few pages.

been lurking here on and off for years, started with a 17 foot half cabin, then a 22 foot half cabin that i repowered with a VP 4.3 gxi and duo props, then a 32 foot Mustang (australian boat) and now a micro boat

a 17 foot Glastron sx175 with a 3litre VP and a 14.25 dia 4 blade stainless solas prop with 19 inch pitch, been trued by prop scan

i got motivate by the guy on page 65 (baby scarab??) listing the first 4 banger

ours will do 40 mpg on GPS and we couldnt be happier ( yeah well 45 would make me happier, or even 50 only trouble is i would be doing it on my own heheheh)

was thinking of getting this for the winter,,
lot cheaper than running around in the Carrera,
cant find anything on it though,it a Cajun 1950 but every single one I find is outboard and this one is inboard, Merc 230hp 305.. Bottom looks like a Goose (action marine) , and the 19.5 must be in Fountain feet because its more like 17ft of hull.. Needs floors and seats but runs.. Havent made up mind yet though.. I would imagine even a 305 in this skateboard should be good for 60mph..

Update for the new bigger motor. 70 GPS - I know it is a little slower, but lower compression and smaller cam and no shorty have slowed me down slightly. Procharger and EFI will hopefully get me close to 80.

2001 Stingray 230LX - 413 Chevy [email protected] 8.4:1 comp (Blower ready), AFR210 RM Builder Cam, Vic Jr / Pro Systems carb, 2" supersucker. EMI dry to the tip w/gibson mufflers. Bravo 1 with and 22p Enertia. 70 GPS Soon to be EFI Procharged.

This is the ALL TIME BEST thread.

Let's not let it die.

Sorry no updates for me. Maybe Fall of 2020.
