I talked to Scott race morning and said he needed to get a picture of the logo and said you (Tigger) got one and was going to post it.
I never did find the dry docks.
I was walking around Sunday with my fastboat t-shirt on hoping someone would say something. Or maybe I would see someone with one on.
Tigger did you get a shot of Twisted Styx's boat after the race? It was sitting at the Holiday Inn and didn't look very good. I wish I still had film left in the camera to take one of the boat. I talked to one of the crewmen and he said they would take it back and fix it up. I think he said last year they lost four foot of the bow in an accident and fixed it and it stayed together.
Thank's for the pics.

First - Nice to have met both Tigger and TSTUCK at the race - sorry I couldn't get you up into the boat, but at least you got to see it "up close". I hope you all enjoyed the race.

Second - Jeff - the stickers have been on all year long - gained an extra 8 MPH with those! You've been racing at all the GLSCS events this year.

It was a REAL disappointment to break down - we had a pipe nipple that our oil pressure senders (1 mechanical and 1 electrical) are mounted on break off on the port motor, pumping oil all over the place. The engine is now locked up - hopefully it's just the crank and bearings. The average speed difference between Short Circuit and ourselves was .2 MPH, and we tend to get faster as the race goes on due to the lighter fuel load. Mark had found the right trim combination and we were gaining on them when we broke. Of course, considering what happened to some of our fellow racers and their breakdowns, we weren't too bad off, and more importantly, no one was hurt yesterday in spite of all the breakdowns that occurred.

Had we been able to keep running, it would have been very interesting - the GLSCS and Central Division P5 championship was on the line.

Hope everyone enjoyed the races, we'll see you next year!

What a great show!! I watched from shore this year and caught up with Tigger for the action. Like always, I didn't have time to check out the pits area or talk with anyone else.
The view from shore was better than I expected! It was nice to be able to run over to the channel and watch them idle through the channel too.
The lake looked pretty calm and I wish I could have took the boat out to watch but a little fuel tank problem has me out for now (again). Sorry we couldn't hook up RSCHAP1. For some reason, my new (year old or so) fuel tank doesn't like to hold gas :(
Anyways, thanks for the great show! :D

Where were you guys at on the shore line? I was sitting close to turn 4. I walked down to where the boats were sitting. My wife and I had on our speedwake t-shirts. For half of the walk I was carrying my son who fell asleep. I wish I could have meat more members, P5-NAV was the only one I talked to.

We were right down by turn 4 as well. A bunch of the guys from the Erie team were just down the beach from us (about 20 feet)
I definitely didn't see a Speedwake shirt around us. Weird....
