OT Help, Explorer window is driving me crazy

Ok, I give up. For those of you that know computers this will be easy.
I am going to post a picture of what I get every time I click on a link or open a new window. I then have to click on the maximize box to make it bigger.
How can I make it automatically open full screen like it use to.

you need to right click on the shortcut that you click to open the program and choose properties form the shortcut menu. Look down the box and find the box with Run: to the left of it. there should be a drop down arrow on the right side of the box, click it and then choose "maximized" form the list.
click the ok button and and the next time you start the program form that shortcut it will start full screen.

Thanks Scott,
I had already tried that and it did not work.
I guess I should say that if I click on my internet explorer icon the page loads full screen. If I click on any of my favorites the page also loads full screen.

If I click on any links that people put in post it comes up with that real small window and then I have to click on it to maxamize it.

Also the same thing happens when I try and open up my hotmail. Every time it is real small but it did not use to be this way.

It is the links to websites that I can not figure out why this is happening.

Any more ideas?

then try dragging it to a larger size and closing explorer and restarting. This should reset the restore size. Make sure you drag the sides to get the lager size not click the maximize button.

I thought I tried this already. I went back and did it again by draging the sides and top and then tried it and it worked.
