WHO: Anyone can join in the run.
WHAT: Lunch Run to Big Dick's Halfway Inn (47MM)
WHEN & WHERE: Friday, July 2, 2004 - Lake of the Ozarks, MO - We are meeting at Backwater Jack's cove at 10:30-10:45am and will depart BWJ's cove at 11:00am. We will make a very short stop at the Hurricane Deck Bridge (5 min) to meet up with anyone that left early to stop for drinks along the way. We will leave the Hurricane Deck Bridge by aprox 11:30-11:35am for the final leg to Big Dick's. We will be arriving at Big Dick's at approx. 12:00pm.
The purpose of this is not to be a poker run or a race. It is merely just a group of friends that love boating together.....thus this is informal, unofficial, noncomplicated and unorganized!!!! If you don't like that, don't go! I do not like liabilty placed upon myself, so that is why i'm telling you what a few of us are going to do.......you are more than welcome to tag along and join us for lunch at Big Dick's!!! They will have 1 entire dock reserved for us at Big Dick's. Slip availability should be fine.
I personally will be making the run at about 55mph. This should allow just about any boat to go along with us. Don't worry, I won't push you down, call you a name and take your lunch money.............
Any questions? If you would like to go, please respond w/ your name, number of people in your group, # of boats in your group and if at all possible, post a picture of your boat so we will recognize you.
