got her home yesterday from millineum( marine yesterday(think it's spelled with a "Y" ..whatever) . lenny hooked me up pretty good.
got my mayfair unit installed, martinboat victory tabs installed, new morse controlls with livorsi trim switch, new morse cables, fixed my hatch lifter motor, installed my trimdicators & dual rams.
i'm pretty happy. he charged me $1600 and change for over 24hrs labor and that also included the livorsi trim switch and morse cables.
she finally has the offshore "look" as opposed to before and should perform as such.
he had NO PROBLEMS installing my mayfair unit unlike wilson marine who puss'd out and charged me $200 for nothing.
hence forward, airborne will be going there exclusively.
here's a shot of her BEFORE work was done.

so now,"baby's got back"... :laugher:
i also got 4 new tires and a set of 5 matching CHROME wheels at a car show/swap in coldwater this summer for the trailer which had a serious case of suck-azz.well,the trailer still kinda does but at least it'll look better.
all i have left to do is put on a new reluctor on my distributor,re-install my headers,a full detail job and she's ready for da-river.
HOPEFULLY all will go well.
nick~

Did your 240 sport come with a Bravo one? Or did you install it yourself? Have seen several 240 sports with the 7.4 merc and the alpha drive.
wow, that's a trip. never saw one with an alpha drive on a 454.but i have heard that the alpha's on 454's work better with proper gearing. something about less drag or ?
mine was stock with 454 mag and B1. now she's running a goodwrench ZZ502 with gen 2 bravo one .
