Thats my second choice if I can't find an original. However the problem I'll have is the side pieces will need to have a gradual curve to them. It takes some heat and time to bend lexan. I'll also need to find some bottom moulding and such. I'll do some research and you can too, let's see what we can come up with.

Smorgan.

I had a '93 Twilight Cruiser that I made a low fiberglass windshield and had it painted white. I used the original glass as a mold and spent a whole winter shaping, sanding, smoothing, etc.. Would I do it again?? Never! A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into this thing but the end result was perfect. I was using the fiberglass WS during summer and the original glass during spring and fall. I sold the boat with the original glass windshield and offered the fiberglass but the buyer didn't take it as he wanted the boat for family use and didn't want to deal with changing windshield. Unfortunately it sat in my cellar for 10 years and it seems like I had the only TC in New England, so I cut it up and threw it away :( . You will have a very hard time forming Lexan to that boat and it'll also be difficult to secure the sides to the deck as there is no lip to screw into. Take it from someone who has been there, don't waste your time. I will however post pic's of my WS but will need to scan the pic's as this was back in '93-'95.
