Ok folks... don't think that I don't listen, because I do and I listen very carefully.
One of your and my biggest frustrations over the past few years using bulletin boards has been the royal pain of uploading images. Every bulletin board has restrictions on the size of images that you can upload and Speedwake.com is (or was) no exception.
It's a Royal Pain in the Arse to sit and wait as your image uploads and then get that #$#$*^$ screen that says it's too big or it exceeds the maximum dimensions allowed on the forum. GGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!
Well guess what Chicken Butt?
I did something about it! I've had this idea in my head for a LONG time and I have not found anyone on any board that's tackled the problem - it's the same everywhere you go...
BUT NOT ON SPEEDWAKE.COM ANY LONGER!!!!
I know lots of you are getting megapixel cameras and they take HUGE photos. Karen and I just bought a 4 megapixel camera so I knew the problem would just get worse. Poor Canada Jeff was ready to throw his computer out the window last week because he didn't know how to resize photos.
Well enough of the chest thumping...
I have made a really cool enhancement to the forum software that lets you upload any image in any dimension as long as it's under 2 megabytes in size and the Speedwake.com Forum Software will automatically resize your image for you!!!
Your image height and width ratios are saved and maintained during the resize operation.
Have Fun!!!
I hope you enjoy!
