A friend of mine is looking at this boat. I don't know anything about them. Are they decent boats? What's it worth?

I like the Baja's a lot. They have nice looks and of course the "fast boat" name. I kinda' like having a sleeper. There is nothing better than pulling up on a fast looking boat , the looks we get are priceless. No one wants to get passed by the family bow rider.
I can plane with a loaded boat with half throttle and I top out about 58. it's not the fastest out there I know, but it's comfortable and may even be cheaper.
I would look at the Stingray or even Ebbtide has some real nice power options. Also these boats are usually more comfy than the small Baja's.

They are hand laid and very well built. Mine is ten years old now and still looks new.

I almost positive he is going to sell but I will check if you wish. Last time I talked with him, he was thinking in the 18 to 20k range.
