the headlights are progressive too or something to that nature. as you go around a turn they turn with the wheel to help you see around the corner where you're heading instead of straight in front.
Hmm and the little motors that move the headlights are guaranteed to never break
More gadgets = more problems
And man do I hate the xenons on my *** ! especially when they are out of adjustment because some kid played with them

Never know til you ask, but if you wouldn't mind paying 2x as much for a 2004 triple black w/ 19k, I have a friend selling hers.

Thanks for the offer, but more than I want to spend. This would be wife's summer car and I want to go less $'s. We would keep her jeep. Looks like the one I'm interested in will go for less that $14,000.00. Thanks.

OT - but true story.

The wife bought a brand new '01 330 convertible she got back in OCT 2000. Had it for a year or so and decided she wanted something better suited for the snow. On New Years Eve 2001, we go to the local Landrover dealer. She's looking toward a new Discovery. Salesman gives a good pitch. Let's her take one for a test ride. He gives her a price of about $42K for the Discovery and after about 20 minutes of BS says he can let it go (END OF YEAR SPECIAL) for $39,800 plus tax, tags etc. Now for the trade-in. The BMW is out front. Sales manager goes out looks it over. No kidding, car looked brand new. Wife is very anal about her cars. No dents, dings or mechanical issues, had 15K on the odometer. Sticker price was 58K when new.

...........his offer on the trade-in....................

$15,399 :laugher:

We said thanks for the demo ride have a Happy New Year.

She still has the BMW in the garage but commutes in a Wrangler. :D

Based on the model and year and my wife's trade-in offer, I'd say the price on the '97 is too high.
