Whoa! A new landmark!

I'll bet that one will be visible for miles! WOW! Darn right I'll be riding that one! Next best thing to a fighter jet ride! (Gotta be a celebrity or sign up with the military ya know).

Sheesh, I'd hate for that thing to get stuck at the top and have to climb down! Looks like they have a lot of stairs just in case. It would be awesome to climb to the top of that sucker! :D

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better!

Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio is great. It not only has some of the best rides in the world it is also a boaters paradise.

They have a very nice marina that is right next to the park. It is only a short walk and you can go back to the boat anytime you like. I would recommend reservations for peak times because they get people from all over and the marina it self is pretty big.

Out side of riding thrill rides you can venture out onto Sandusky Bay and slide up onto a sandbar and relax watching the other boats pass by. If you get hungry you could take the channel to TGI Fridays and dock for lunch or a cold beverage.

If your ready for some more action you can head to the Erie Islands only a short distance away. The Casino Bar on Kelly's Island is small but it attracts some of the hottest offshore boats in the area especially on the weekends. Once docked there are a few other crazy places on the island to put a smile on your face.

Next place is Put in Bay on South Bass Island. This place is all about partying. By the bay it is a park like setting until you hit the street lined with a row of bars and restaurants. The later the day goes the crazier it gets!
It gets real busy in the summer months and at the public docks you have to be willing to let others raft off of you usually up to 4 deep but the place still can fill up and they turn people away. There are some places on the island that you can reserve a slip in advance if you don't want to be in the middle of party central on the public docks.

A word of caution to parents. PIB is not Disney, although you might see a lot of Goofys there. During the day everything is fine and they have family things to do and see. I would steer clear of the street of bars and public docks late at night because their little eyes might become exposed to "Girls Gone Wild" if you know what I mean.

So when are you going to come and play?

Jb......close, but not quite....I sat right with the Sarasoto guys when they layed out the graphics. The biggest difference is that there's white lines through the graphics to make it look like it's reflecting off the water.
As you can see in the pic below, there ain't no water.
