I just seen this on sunsation's web site and found the boat in Peoria, AZ. It does have all the Right parts to make a road trip worth my time.

Anyone know anything about the 25 Sunny 4Sale?

It's from AZ (Far Drive From Michigan) so I was looking for some background before..

Yeah, I never even seen it on-line till today, someone posted it over on sunsations chat board. I need to call that guy.. I would rather have a 288 but if I can get a hot looking 25 for a good deal, why not?

Id try the Hot Boats site too, theyre big on the out west stuff. Somebody there might know. It is a hot looking 25'!

Im sure you saw the 1997 288 in the classifieds. I saw it advertised for 3 different prices the lowest being 45k. You may be able to buy that in the low 40's? Seems like a good price.

He's asking WAY to much for that 97 with the H.P.& Hours. (Plus Pink Graphics)...

Sweet looking sunny, Yea i agreee they are asking way too much for that 97 288 , i wonder what they sold for new back then ,if i had mine sold for $20k i would offer him $39k but i would want to swap motors ,and i would have the same boat payment give or take $50.00 :D

Hey I definately agree on the graphics but looking what else is out there I think 40k would be a real good price for that boat if its clean. Really hard to tell though there are very few 288's out there for sale pre-2000. Book value doesnt mean squat on these things especially that age.

I would just say dont but a 25 if you really want a 288, youll wish you went bigger after two months.

If your looking for room go with the 28!!! if your looking for a Ferrari on the water and can lose a little cockpit space go with a 25!!! I think the 385 Mag is the best motor installed in this boat! I now wish I would've spent the xtra $$$

I'm looking for something to blast around on, Tow when I go down to Cumberland and sleep on once in awhile. I have the money to spend on a 288 but I'm not over pay. I’m happy with my 22 Pachanga but the wife is looking for stand-up seating to smooth out the ride and maybe a little more top speed and I have no problem with that. But seeing how much I boat, I could live with a 25 Till a deal on a 28 comes along.

People need to realize that just because you owe your bank 60K does not mean you boats worth 60K. (Or 40/45/50/55k…you get the idea)

Rick,

I am with you on being able to "afford" a larger boat. This is my second Aggressor. The first was a '97 and the current in a '01. I do most of my boating on the upper Potomac by DC and Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. The few times I go out on the Chesapeake Bay, I wish the boat was a little, bigger, but I quickly forget that idea when I stab the throttle. Gotta luv the nimble feel of the Aggressor. It's paid for, cruises around 70 and is not too painful on the fill ups.

I have to disagree, I don't think it's a bad starting price at ALL!
Boat looks to be in excellent condition and the 454MAG is a bulletproof motor that will live on well past a 502 without that much diff in performance. Excellent base for more HP.
Remember, your not going to find a Sunsation 288 at a Baja price, for good reason.
That's one sharp Agressor but if my head said 288 first, I'd go that route as the 288 is a much bigger boat...
