took a ride to the skyline drive this morning..

Karen and I left the house this morning at 6:30 am for the beautiful skyline drive... to see a man about a horse... about 160 of them actually...

we just got back.. with a new addition to the garage..

2003 RC51 - owned by a Doctor - he bought it new, tricked it out and put only 481 miles on it in the past few years..... I put one mile on it already...

it's a torque monster and pulls the front wheel right up in 1st gear...

we drove the truck down, bought it and brought it home in the back of the truck...

just got back from my first "real" ride on it...

had it up to 115 on the little road out behind my house..

she sounds very sweet... Karen saw me zooming by and remarked how nice it sounded... no mention about how quickly I disappeared from sight... she's such a cool wife.

The RC is a nice bike.. i rode one as a main bike for about a year. i just didn't like the 9K red line.. So the Wife took it over as her bike, she loves it.. i went out and got a 1000RR, i need those high RPM's..

I hope u wear a helmet on that! I witnessed a guy last year bit the dusk on one.... right infront of me...he was acting like a jacka$$ and tried to pass someone on the sholder...hit the curb and it sent him flyin, the bike went end over end as it shattered into pieces and caught on fire.....he was broke both his legs to say the least

Fools like that give bikes a bad name :angry1: .. if i play around, i DON'T do it around people..
