I am not big on the F1 transmission so my F cars are 6 speeds. I am in negotiations on a '04 Challenge Stradale F360 as we speak. Thankfully that car will be under warranty!! If that falls through I will probably get a MB CLS63, put some rims and a system in it and go ghetto!!!! As far as the house goes, I dont think that my house is that over the top, in fact its kinda sport utility. We have young children and the place gets worked over quite a bit!!!!!

I'm 26 and am thinking I am doing very well for myself. But no where near 1.5-2 mil dollar house well.
In the next month to 6 weeks (weather depending) I hope to start on my OWN new house. 3250 sq. ft. 2 story plus full basement (unfinished for now) all brick with some stone work. 4 bd 3-1/2 bath on 2 acres.
When I was 26 My Ex-Wife and I built a Beautiful 2650sqft Ranch with a full game room in the basement. Even had it professionally landscaped!
She was a great house keeper too – Even kept the cars and dog :angry1:
