if your buddy's top priority if cabin ide go with the 26 velocity and he gets speed to.

That Powerquest is a steal at that price. I doubt it will run upper 60s though. The 26, 27 and 28 Powerquest have lots of room. I loved the 26 I owned for 4 years.
