As I sit here, our 5 senior partners are in a meeting deciding who is to get the axe.............

man this is so phucking nerve racking.................... :( :angry1: :(

I work for a civil engineering, surveying, planning, consultant firm.

we have been in buisness for 41 years they layed of in 1980 and other than that it has never happened......

I have the lowest seniority of 2.5 years, but also dont make a ton of money here. but the benies are great.

I am just doing my best to stay busy, but the housing market, which is our bread and butter-JUST PLAIN SUCKS.

I have been working on all commercial sites this year, but its really the kickbacks from that department. This is why I am so worried.

My gut is just all in knots right now.....not knowing who yet........

lets just get it over with already-

and thanks for the good luck guys-lets hope it works.......

thats the way i look at it. lets just get this crisis over with so we can deal with the next one. i hate having to worry about chit i can't change :(
