I have a waste oil burner and 2 natural gas heaters but my building is 206X36 and front has 14 ft ceiling with upstairs. The waste oil heater does most of the heating in the shop area up front and 1 of the gas in rear of building. I personal would never consider any type of none vented heat for any reason as I have been put to the ground twice by CO and it sucks big time. I also A/C the entire building as it is very humid here.

I won't say the one you mentioned isn't safe...but like I said before, I wouldn't use it in a sealed building unless it was very large or doors were open
