Bob,

I don,t know if you need a permit, but if you do any of the marinas would sell them. We will be launching at Fishers Marina, off of Pilot Knob Rd.Boat is on the back of the truck now, hopefully on the water by 2 pm. See you up there.

I'm jealous :( ..... Hope to see you tomorrow....

Norwal in Bolton Landing has a good launch. I'm skeptical about a 42 footer though? Where the hell do you launch that anywhere. :confused1 Norwal is easy to get to, no hills, and plenty of big trailer parking. Call ahead first to make sure they're still open. # is in the phone book.

You can Definitely launch at Ticonderoga State Ramp.... no problem.... but its a 45 minute drive farthur north... my guess is all the Champlain boats that are coming will launch there... its a beautiful launch ramp.... I think its worth the extra drive time....

If Mark is launching @ Fishers, i would give them a call. They have plenty of parking space.

Going to do slow wine and cheese cruises with some sounds, and a few cocktails thrown in, and enjoy the fall foliage. We do it every year the weekend before the mothership gets pulled. Have fun, i know i will. :D
