Do you want the tips that bolt on to the transom? I have a four that are 4inches. Pic only shows two.

They are called a "floating" exaust tip. Just slide them in and clamp your hose down on them. The rubber seal butt's up to the transom and when you tighten up the clamp they seal against the transom itself.
The only reason I replaced them is they weren't shiny enough for my taste.
