Saturday was beautiful too but we got caught in the downpour yesterday but it passed quick. Almost made it to Doms to take cover but missed by about 3 minutes. Shut down by sand island and threw the cover on for 15minutes. We got DRENCHED!! Saw Ron and Kel coming around Sinclair point right before the rain hit. I dont think they faired too well either......

Daga, where you anchored on the east side of Sand Island on Sat.? Loooked like you were hooked up with 3 other boats. I took a ride down from Beer Harbor around 5. I came roaring out of the northern end into the larger part of the lake and wow!! 4 foot rollers!!! The Hammer came sailing right out of the water!! It was rough as chit out there. :dead:

Hmm let's see, where do I start?

2hrs of traffic at Holland Tunnel on Friday afternoon. Get to my garage/shop in NJ where I store my boat and racecar, flat tire on my Armada, killed the valve on it while it was sitting there. Spent a few hrs finding a place to get that fixed. Finally get rolling at 8pm, and then had a brake locking up on the trailer. Finally got up to Lake George where we were staying at about 1am.

Saturday morning, we go to pickup my buddy's new Seadoo, and the dealer doesn't have it ready yet.

Then we finally get to Northville load up the family in the boat, and head out. 5 min into the trip, my uncle falls down the stairs into the cabin and kills his back. So that pretty much made the rest of the day a sucky day. We ran up to the dam, stopped at Beer Harbor for some Beer and said hello to Rattlesnake Jake!

Then we headed over toward Sport Island Pub, saw GHL and Jim on Cheers by the Bachelorville Bridge. Had dinner over at Sport Island, then ran down to Sand Island and chilled for an hour or so.

Sunday we hung in LG at my buddy's house and then Monday got out on LG for a few hrs.

Sorry we didn't hookup with every, my uncle just was really irritable after falling and just found out he broke 3 discs in his back :(
