Right now I'm w/o truck. I have a boat an trailer that run around 6k pounds. I used a Avalanche before but someone left with it :devious: I'm looking at least a 3/4 ton truck but nothing special. Its going to be a truck for towing and running around town with. I'm a big GM guy so staying with that brand is a big deal.
I have a friend that works for GM and he's telling me to stick with a 6.0 liter from the years 01' and up. I'm probably going to be looking at a different boat this spring somewhere around the 28 foot length HP.
I do like the old body styles of chevy from 99 and down, but was wondering how they tow. I looked around and all I could find gas wise was either the 350 or 454.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
