Nauti Goose Saloon Sold !

Well, we are very sad but happy for Tony and his family. Meg and Ike are rattling off memory after memory. Meg @ Tony's dock 9 days old. Tony and Heather taking Meg for her first boat ride (28 Apache had a big hole in the side)

Ike and Tony grew-up together.

We have made so many good friends. It will never be the same, it was like being with family. Meg will miss helping behind the bar. Thanks to everyone her making her feel so special.

Ike hopes the new owners won't mind the 4th of July firing up the boats after the fireworks. Or the 17 times at the dirty dock party (sorry Ted).

Meg says don't forget "Get loose at the Goose" Or 2P

Tony,

I don't blame you at all. I think you made a great decision it just pains all of us who were so used to seeing you there when we got there. That feeling will never go away regardless of how good the new owners are. You are the Goose and the symbol of power boating throughout the Chesapeake Bay.

The cat is out of the bag!!! We bought the Nauti Goose! Like Tony said we have worked on this for about three months and have finally come to terms. It seemed to us the hardest part for Tony was leaving his customers who he referred to as his friends. We do mean all his customers but mostly to you the boating world. Almost every question asked to Tony during this process would end with a story about you guys, the boaters. And Gizzy this and Gizzy that. Who is this Gizzy guy? Cant wait to find out. If we named everyone that was special to Tony the blog would be too long. With all that being said, Thanks Tony. We hope we can carry on what you started and we are so excited to think these people may someday be called friends of ours. It would be crazy to make such an investment if we did not believe we could make things better. During this process we are certain to hit some bumps and that is why all the blogs and feedback are critical to the success of the Goose. We understand what you mean to us and our success, and want to hear your voice. Keep the blogs coming. Very soon we will let you know some of our plans and rest assured you will be first.

All being said Tony Is the MAN.. If anyone comes in and treats US half as Good as Tony did we would all be happy... Damn Tony might have a social life now..
Well I'm looking forward to meeting the NEW GUYS.. and wish you luck with the nautigoose. Is thew name staying??

Tony, I never understood how you could put in so many hrs and be away from your family. You have always treated me like a brother even when you should have given me the NE Toss down the steps and for that I Thank You!! You will be missed my friend and don't worry we will come harass you at the Steak House. Love Ya Man. :)

May as well get this off on the right foot. Got a few lifetime "Assigned Spots" on the dock! I'm sure Tony briefed you on this matter. :cool:
