I talked to the owner briefly. He normally runs on Lake Erie and the boat is a 97 Apache with 600 SC Hawks and Bravo's.

I have been getting conflicting reports that the Outerlimits got "SMOKED" by a 38 Slingshot!! And they didn't come from the Slingshot! Anybody know if there is any truth to these reports? can these reports be confirmed?? :yak: :yak:

The Slingshot didn't "Smoke" anyone.....we just never decided to pull the throttles off the dash and give the boat a break. We all know Ted could have passed us if he wanted to....he just didn't want to beat the crap out his boat like we did all day long. Same goes for the Spectre.

Now thats just not a nice thing to say Besides I'm kind to my engines, I show them love almost every day, I'm starting to wonder though!!, That Slingshot was running damn near 100 with Stock power and all he has to do is Gas and Go and he's got warranty, I could drink more beer if I did'nt have to wrench on my boat all week!!
