29 BAJA SST HP500 how fast?

Tim G,
Your boat can't run that fast, you can't seem to keep it in that flat water. LOL! Just messin' with ya. Nice pic.

The 28 Pantera never struck me as having much cabin space, but I've never been IN one, just seen them on the water.

I too looked at 29 Outlaws, but bought a 25' 32 Fever instead.

Tim G.
I know people with a Baja they've had on Lake MI for 9 years and it is fine. I also know someone with a 28 Pantera in Lake MI. I think it's more about how a person takes care of a boat. I saw lots of used fountains beat to pi**, but there are some that were nicer than others. I think if you take care of a boat and aren't stupid with it, it will last, no matter what it is.

Guys like me have so much wax residue on their boats, it cushions the waves. :D:D:D:D It won't be falling apart anytime soon.

Okay, JB....

My 250ES with 454 mag ran 62 tops on the right water.

My best guess is a 29 Outlaw with single hp500 would run 64. I think a twin 454 (330hp) 29 Outlaw runs 65 ish. As far as everyday speeds on that 29 Outlaw hp500 with all the boating junk on it (or should I say HER junk), probably 60,61 or so.

And lots of extra room in that engine compartment.
