I have got a bad itch for a 30 outlaw. I boat on lake erie, and am wondering how they would do out there in some of the conditions we get.

Would like to hear from 30 owners the likes and dislikes they have with them

Not sure I agree... but I would have to own a boat with a windshield before I could honestly tell ya... which will never happen...lol well unless I get a ski boat again, that might happen... SOmebody hurry up and buy Ms Rock Steady...

Hey Dan I'd go for a 29 Outlaw personally, I like them better, there fast with stock power and theres quite a few out there, which makes them very affordable

Very nice boats, but damn near impossible to work on the motors. I have a neighbor and a another good friend with very sharp 2006 and 2007 models.

With the way the everything is now, I think there are some very compelling reasons to go with the 28-30' boats that run well with single engine Blue power; i.e. 28' Active Thunder and 30' Superboat; and if you can find one, the slightly older 32' Sunsation Dominator singles.

30 Outlaws dont chine walk. What were you smokin that day?
Not to get in a piss'n match. I put around 30 hours on the boat. Nice boat, plenty of room in the cabin and the cockpit. Great lines but I wasn't crazy on the way the boat handles.
Could have been not use to twins. :( I always thought twins would handle better. Just my .02.

hey dan,
They have one waiting for you at the Cleveland Show for the bargain price of $177k...................

Seriously I can not even imagine spending that kind of money on a 30 foot boat.

I once thought I had a decent job but after seeing the prices at the show I must admit I am a mere peasant.

I hear ya! I just bought a new house so I didn't even go to the boat show this year. Didn't even want to look, it would hurt to bad. looks like the 25 will be in the family for a bit longer.

How have ya been?

We are doing good Dan.
I have my boat for sale and hope it goes in the spring.
When I look at the prices of the new boats it seams like a bargain.
If I have it next summer maybe I will see you at PIB.

We were at the show on Sunday afternoon and it was slow compared to years past. Talked to a salesman that I know and he said saturday was not even that busy. He said usually they are pushing the people out the door at the end of the night but that it was so slow they left early.
