Crusader V-Drive

I've got a 24' Nova with Crusader Marine v-Drives that the previous owner compromised by not draing the coolant lines. This has expanded and split the copper coolant line at the split in the casing. which also blew out a 4x1 inch chunk of the aluminum casing. either in need of a set of new ones(and where) or remedy the problem(and what are the suggestions)?
