I replaced the whole floor in my nova spyder a couple of years ago I cut it out with a circluar saw replaced it with marine plywood i coated both sides with resin first and then glued and screwed it down it was easy but messy
thanks, any particular resin that i need to use?
I used fiberglass resin it worked my floor was not glued down but nailed into the stringers it still came right up wear long sleeves because I itched like crazy
any advice would be apreciated guys...
I am thingking about just replacing the rear portion, as monst of it is in good shape. just were the rear set was bolted down, water got in. thoughts?
If it ain't broke...A co-worker did his a few years back and was looking at Pirelli rubber flooring and a few other alternative to carpet. He sealed everything up nice where'd you would have had to get water 2-3" deep to get over the edge of his floor. Not quite like a full liner in the cockpit, but easier clean up than carpet...just another idea...Good Luck with the project. Surprised to hear this. Remember your threads when you bought last year, looked like such a clean rig! Gotta be nice getting the gas leak fixed too! BE SAFE, Enjoy summer soon!!
