ok... the floor is rotted out. id like to hear from ya'all that have had sucesses and failures, in replacing your worn out floors. also anything any one has heard that i might want to think about. thanks in advance guys

If its a smaller boat put a strap around the boat to keep the sides from sagging out, if you plan on keeping the boat for any time, make sure you spend the extra money on marine grade wood.

Like obnoxus said use straps to hold the sides in place, I redid a floor on a 16 ft ski boat and we made a jig to hold the sides in place. Also take a close look at the stringers and transom if the floor is rotten. My .02 worth.
