looks great, you should take the teak of around the windshield also.

I had a 83' 23' Nova, real solid boat (except for my rotted stringers)

I thought about removing the teak. I am still undecided did you remove yours. If so how did it look?

Do you still have your Nova

no I sold it in 1999, mine never had the teak, I just think teak dates a performance boat especially after the paint and graphics look so good.

keep the teak and redo it with captains varnish. It will make the teak pop and will look awesome with the teak platform if its redone too

:D
