i wouldn't say anything only because i'm not at liberty to say anything. MY BOAT IS SLOW but i'm ok with that. the hours of enjoyment it gives myself, family, and friends cannot be replaced. besides i know sometime in the near future i'll have something that can go 70mph

Actually Mike i finally seemed to have iron out the ignition and timing problems and i ran her for the better part of sunday and saw 45 on gps. that was with a beat up and well worn 21p Mirage i borrowed from jayl13. i still have to try a 23 and 25 but i should see over 50 without a problem. i'm in no rush though since i'm trying to work something out with another boat

Mike, keep in mind your power to weight ratio. these pigs are 5500 dry. add you and your passengers, fuel, lines, anchor, etc. we're over 6000lbs with a single engine. put a HP500 in there and you'll see a big gain but you just jumped over a 100hp too.

there's a good possibility but never any guarantees ya know. if you are going to try i would DEFINITELY invest in hydraulic steering
