longest lasting wax?

Guys,

I don't like to spend all my time waxing my boat. I try to do it only once per season. I was using a product called finish 2001. It was a liquid polymer wax and seemed to last all summer. This product is no longer available. Anyone know of a long lasting, easy to use wax? I am not as interested in optical quality as I am protection.

I spray my boat with spray wax everytime right after I wash it. Then after I spray it on I dry it. Keeps it looking nice. I use Turtle Wax or Eagle One "wax as you dry"
Collinite paste wax is the longest lasting product I've used. It's not the easiest to apply, but lasts. Its produced in Utica and the factory pricing is about 30% of what you pay at a retail store.

I'm trying leverage this year.
I tried leverage for the first time this week. Prior to my boat being waxed this year. Its really hard to tell where you wiped the stuff on any where your havent. And I didnt get that super smooth to the touch finish you get after applying a coat of good wax. It proabably protects great so Im going to use it mid season. I waxed this week and have been pretty happy with Maguires premium boat wax. But this is a debate that will go on forever. Its hard to wax a really shinny boat and then try to fiqure which wax looks better.
