I dont know the dealer or the boat but Jim Benny has a good reputation for marine engines in the area. He is located in Linthicum I believe.

That is Art Lillys place. As far as I know he has a good rep and does a ton of work. I would not be concerned with the dealer but I do not know the boat.

Same here. Art Lilly was a houshold name in racing some years ago.

 

Never seen the boat...Millersville is only 20 miles or so from my house if you need someone to go and take a general look at it for you.

 

I always liked the boats that came out of Art's shop. Seems this one is a private owner that had Art do the maintenance. The lift shots definitely look like Lilly's marina (literally in his back yard). Check with CBPBA guys. I'm sure they know the boat.

Yeah Art does great work and a real nice guy. There is a pic of him in the new powerboat magazine in the article with David Woods.

Sam, I'm planning on a 35-38 preferably Formula, but a Fountain is 2nd choice. I always like the anniversary edition.
