New exhaust now hitting rev limiter

Just added thru transom exhaust. Tested it out this weekend and now I hit the rev limiter at WOT trimed up.
I would assume I just need to get a new hire pitched prop. I think my setup is a 454 non-mag with a 23p Mirage PLus. Am I on the right track?

I was told that each inch of prop either increase or decrease = 200rpms. I am no prop expert but Julie at Throttle Up is. I would contact her to be certain but that is what she told me. They are great at what they do there.
I went from a 24 bravo - 26 bravo. saw 400 rpm difference.
19P SS to a 21P SS Laser and saw an initial 500 RPM in loss.
My info came from using a Mirage Plus, but appears to not be correct. I will have more info when I go through my prop switching, that what just what I was told. I am leaning towards a Bravo 4 blade hoping for some bowlift. I have none with my current 25 Mirage Plus.

Just an FYI a Mirage Plus provides more bow lift than a Bravo.

Usually a 2" difference in pitch = 300-400 rpm as a "general" rule. But diameter, rake, number of blades etc all affect rpms as well. Plus every boat is different.
