I like that 272, let me know if the deal falls through. I'm interested.

Well when I went to the Richmond Boat show last Saturday then had a 25 outlaw there that I liked, but when I was talking to the broker about it, I said that I liked the 29' more, and he said sorry they don't mke that one any more and its not listed in the '04 catalog. I would be surprised if he was wrong, he has alot of really nice Baja's in stock and owns bad *** one..

I am kinda looking for a used 29 sst, but if they are still making the 29 this year that might be an option Thanks Aqua Hollic.

I have a 2000 SST available. The boat is loaded, freshwater only, and includes a triple axle trailer. The only drawback, it has the 310's and not the Magnums. Good news, the boat is in excellent condition and only has about 100 hours.

I can sell the boat in the low $60k's.

Grand Theft , They only made a limited number of 29's they were SSE's and now they make the 30's. From what I understand the 04 29's that are already out is it, they can't order any more.

You know what I got Trent , but here you go
1995 Baja 32 Caliber 502 efi's I have limited photo's because it was so cold. I'll be picking it up hopefully next weekend

Liquid Asset,

Thanks for clearing that up! I had talked to a couple of different reps, and I didn't get filled in on that little detail:confused: That stinks the 29 can't be ordered, but a word of confidence is there seem to still be quite a few around! Nice Caliber BTW!!!!

Is this forum gonna become the Haves VS the Have-Nots like OSO?

Now that they have changed their policy and you have to pay to post, I'll bet more will move to SpeedWake.
(correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I heard, you have to be a paying member to post..I no longer EXIST at OSO..poofed all my posts..) :laugher:

So does it make a difference if I say I WANT a new 38 Top Gun but haven't saved up enough for it?

:D

Gotta, I don't get it??? Haves and have nots? We've all got it, boat fever......

Anyways, to some of the others. THIS IS THE BAJA SECTION, Fountains and Fourwinns need not apply!!!

J/K around. You'll see I started a roll call in the Fountain section too. I'm just curious about the members. Most of my dealings are in late model Fountain, Baja, and Malibu products.

Bring em on, I know Baja sold more boats than this.

........ and Gotta, you are right. Welcome to the board, I'm new myself.

Yes, very nice 240!

What I mean by the Have's v/s the Have-nots is this.
I have introduced OSO to some friends and even as first timers over there, they can tell it's all about what ya got, or who you are, as in status. The more your boat costs, the higher you are in "status". I don't feel the need to bow down to someone just because they have a 500K boat that runs 100+ MPH. ;) OSO has it's regulars which is cool and most of the members have run of the mill boats, older boats..fixer-uppers.
I'd love to have a bigger, faster boat just like everyone else. But I'm lucky to have what I have.

Heck even I have found myself longing for a bigger boat with the hopes of moving up in "status". A friend of mine has a nice 342 with 525SCs in it for sale. I could afford it if I didn't live in the house I am in now, and if I didn't like to have nice vehicles to drive. ;) Oh it would help if I were still single too, but then I wouldn't have such a beautiful little 7 month old daughter!

Priorities..priorities... :D
