What I mean by the Have's v/s the Have-nots is this.
I have introduced OSO to some friends and even as first timers over there, they can tell it's all about what ya got, or who you are, as in status. The more your boat costs, the higher you are in "status". I don't feel the need to bow down to someone just because they have a 500K boat that runs 100+ MPH.

OSO has it's regulars which is cool and most of the members have run of the mill boats, older boats..fixer-uppers.
I'd love to have a bigger, faster boat just like everyone else. But I'm lucky to have what I have.
Heck even I have found myself longing for a bigger boat with the hopes of moving up in "status". A friend of mine has a nice 342 with 525SCs in it for sale. I could afford it if I didn't live in the house I am in now, and if I didn't like to have nice vehicles to drive.

Oh it would help if I were still single too, but then I wouldn't have such a beautiful little 7 month old daughter!
