Progress
Ok been a while since I had progress but now I do. Had the outdrives and motors gone over and are just about done I think. The drives needed new impellars and some seals and little things. They are now good to go. The starboard motor is now running good and has great response and power. The port motor is a different story, does not have the same response as the starboard motor, it also has a vibration. The carb is going to be rebuilt and the motor is probaly going to be pulled to check for the cause of the vibration. I also have the bolsters rebuilt and just about ready to go. All I need to compleat them is a button kit. Also have new throttles to be installed but have not gotten cables yet.

No other pics yet. When I last spoke to the shop they were thinking the vibration was from the flywheel. I hope that it is a easy fix and not a internal issue. Hopefully I will get it home by the middle of June.
Ok, ran the boat this past weekend! The motors ran real strong. Still have a few bugs to work out but now I have it home and can get to work on it. I will have some more pics this week.
