Well I sold My Scarab because I had 2 boats and only needed one. I just bought myself something..........................Guess what it is?????

watch this video, it went 10.06 here, had to because he had no NHRA lience and they told him not to run under 10.00, but he did later run 9.82 on this same day.

What a shame!!!! I am sure it was a nice car at some point!! Sorry just not a fan of chevy powered stangs!! Get someone to build a big cubic inch SBF stroker for that thing and you will never go back!!!!!! Before the bashing begins, I have spent many hands on hours with some 360 CI SBF cars that would run circles around that one!

All in all though very nice car. Nice solid fox body coupes are becoming hard to find!

actually a pretty basic small block ford setup correctly would run as well
and this comes from a life long GM guy.
I however did own an 11 sec stock shortblock 5.0 4200lb Lincoln ,

when GM refused to make a mid size rear drive coupe (camarobirds are just too small for me) for many a year I had to go to Ford. hard to beat a well set up 5.0 for the money until you step up to an LSx engine then all bets are off..
