Speedwake Store Customer service...

Tell you what, I have seen some threads with folks having questions about the Speedwake Store and some orders and such...etc...some seemed frustrated or what not

A while back the store had some Garmin GPS units at some very nice prices.. I picked one up as a gift for someone...

Today someone wanted me to get them a GPS, so I figured I would check Speedwake for another,( hey, stick with what works)... I figured they were all out (as none are listed in the store) but there is a handy phone number in the upper left corner.

I called it, someone picked it up. I asked my question they said hold on let me check(sounded like he said Jack)... passed me to someone else who checked. They had none, but went another step to find something similiar... still had nothing.

Why am I telling this... Because I was very impressed with the service and how my call was handled. Super nice people to deal with. Great answers, and genuinely seemed interested in my little old call...Although I did not get a GPS today, my experience was positive.

Who would a thunk an online forum such as speedwake would have such killer personal service.... Hats off to the Speedwake Store(wherever you are)... Thanks for helping :star:

Over the years, I have ordered several items from the SW store. Very good prices, will not gouge you on shipping AND items have always been shipped VERY quick.

A few weeks ago, I ordered a McGard outdrive lock for my Bravo. It never dawned on me until last week that I had not received this item. I dropped an email to Jeff just to see if my order had slipped through the cracks or whatever. Later that day I received a shipping confirmation email from a company that I did not recognize. I called the customer service number to inquire and was told that my item was from the SW store. The call was handled very professionally and promptly.
I received my lock the next day. :)
Next week there will be a new store to order the products through.

yee haw - lots of cool new stuff.

ps: JB - that was me you spoke to and I transferred you over to Adam who handles all the order and customer service. You should have identified yourself - we could have chatted about your cool little boat!

You know... part of me said that was you, and I was going to ask the name again.. bUt from a recent video article I saw on you and GEB I didnt recognize the voice... oh well... well hey thanks anyhow... :cool:

It's resolved in the new store.
I'll chime in, too. I purchased the full Leverage treatment and received it promptly. Definitely first class like everything here on this site.

It was my first purchase, but it will not be my last.
