Yup. It's a blended spacer. See pic below.
If looking for new, the Speedwake Store sells the HVH Spacers. If this (SS4500-4150-2A) is not listed there, I could help the SW store get you one. Retail (not MSRP) is usually around $149.00 or so.
If looking for barely used, you could PM Kidnova for I believe he has one in his parts bin. Dunno if he'd sell it but ya never know until you ask.
