its a corvette on water. im still getting to know the boat. first time out it porpused between 50-80 like i was told it would. figured out how to prevent it by using the tunnel tab. the exceleration is simply amazing. toyed with a big fountain last weekend. nothing more fun then blowing by a much more expensive boat with big blocks like he was standing still. :D every other boat ive ever owned (v bottoms) gave me back pain after a long day on the water. this one doesnt! plus, i can boat all winter if i want. no need to winterize!!!

things i dont like:

miss the sound of big blocks.
motors smoke when you first start them up. (typical for 2-strokes)
no sunpad for the ladys.

i agree. i had a 98 30. i loved it. they're on rails. we used to turn that thing so hard at speed. it was unreal how well it held the water. one thing, you might not have noticed yet , is how they stern will continue to come around in a turn. you have to backsteer b4 you've completed your turn.
also, in the slop its incredible as well.
have you wrung the boat out yet for speend.
mine only had promax 225's and we got 92 out of it on GPS w/ 5 people and NO fuel spinning labbed 14.5x30's.
That was in fast water also. I would thing you should break 100 pretty easily w/ yours.

i have noticed the backsteer a little but honestly i dont like to turn at any speed. probably overly cautious at this point but with only a couple hours of seat time im not ready to wring it out completely. i hit 90 with the tab level and trimmed around 3-4, 2 people, half tank. never even looked at the tachs to see where i was. that was enough of a rush for me that day. dont know about 100 but the previous owner said he had it to 96. last boat had a top speed of 73 so this is a whole new deal for me.

Predecessor to the 29/33 Outlaws. It has very squared off lines. They usually sell for about $40k-$60k. Perhaps his has something special in it increasing the value, engines, etc.

However, being salt driven, I'd have to lean towards a lower value.

Baja, tell us more, what's in your boat? Is it stock? Is teh trailer painted or aluminum?

Here's one that sold from our site, I think it brought around $45k. It was freshwater and clean. It belonged to Jason, a speedwake member.
