I have a stream of water spraying up on my sun deck....it is coming from between the fins and sprays straight up on the sun deck about 2 feet. I ahve tried trimming to different pitches to see if this fixes the problem and it doesnt...Its not putting enough water to sink the boat but it dooes get the sun deck pretty darn wet....Anyone have any ideas. I know I have a peice of crap prop that needs replacing and not sure if this could be the problem or what

sometimes if the drive has a even a small chip missing on the fins in just the right spot, it can cause some spray, but I've seen many other causes too, ie; trim hoses, speedo pick-ups, hung up debris, eroded trim tab, hull damage, protruding bolts for aftermarket add on's and damaged prop's. So just look for anything that's damaged , chipped and so on.. if you don't see anything, try replacing the prop if you say you have a crappy one.
