CRMAX, use 409 all purpose cleaner, works for me. Spray it on, use a little elbow grease and it should come out. After that I spray the area with 3m cleaner/wax and buff then apply some 303 protectant.

starbrite hull cleaner works well, in the worst of situations use on/off hull cleaner. just remember hull cleaners usually stripp the wax away also;.

I use "The Works" tub and tile cleaner. It may take off the wax but unless you keep your boat in the water wax is really overated. Clean your boat after retrieving while it's still wet. I would not even recommend using a hull wax. Wax only water line and up if you feel necessary.
