got any suggestions on a good, but cheap waterproof camera?

Something I wouldn't care about getting banged around or if it fell in the lake.....but take some pretty decent pix?

any ideas?

Not interested in the disposable ones, the pictures come out so far away....the people look like ants......want a better closer shot.
Hopefully someone knows of a good one.....

Check out a Canon A1 Sure-Shot. Prices usually vary $160-200.
This thing will float and is good to a depth of 16 ft.

An old trick for film cameras in the water: place the camera as soon as possible in a freezer, then take it to a camera lab. The camera and film can then be dried out and saved.
