What's your RPMs?

That's 26% slip! Something is not right. With 12% you would be in line with what the others are saying.

24 pitch 3 blade? I thought they came in odd numbers. Did somebody "lab" it?
I would say 60mph. YOu need a smaller prop. or lab finish it. Talk to Throttle Up or B-blades

I thought the same thing about Odd/even Pitchs, but I think Julie at T Up corrected me once upon a time.

odd, 3 blades
even , 4 blades

But the pitch has really nothing to do with # of blades, its what distance the prop travels with one turn, correct?
re-check your prop pitch & brand and post back.

You may want to try a 23 or 25 P Mirage Plus 3 Blade. You really are not even in the power range. I believe the operating range is 4800 - 5200. My 95 24 Outlaw did not like the Bravo props so I ended up with the Mirage Plus.
Agree, 23 mirage plus is probably what Baja put on your boat to begin with??
you guys are right its a 23 pitch, bravo prop
Mine's a 454(not mag., 240. 23p mirage (yup, 3 blades) getting 62 every time, 4700rpm. you may be heavier though. but should be relative. My friends 24 outlaw has your set up and we're dead even but my beer sloshes a little more than his.

What's your HP?????

That might explain some things. :)
A 23 Mirage Plus is usually the perfect prop for your hull. Your RPM`s are "almost" there and yes, you should be running 62 mph or so.
Have you looked at your prop real good. Is it nicked or banged up ? What is the diameter across the widest point ?
I think you may have a messed up prop - that is reason for extreme slip.
I have a 272 which should be really similar...

454 non-mag

1/4 take fuel

2 people

not sure of rpms

bravo 1

3 blade 21p mirage

55.5 mph GPS max :(

I assume you mean a 23 pitch prop on a Bravo drive? Bravo props are 4-blade and stamped even numbered pitches.

Something isn't adding up. I would get your hands on a different prop and see what it does.
