I changed the riser gasket thinking it was bad and also seeing water in the manifold, as well as water spitting out of the 3rd cyl back while checking compression. I did one oil change and it didnt get any less milky. :( should i try another oil change? how many does it take till you can see it less milky.

Or what else to check now? pull the head? how else can water get into the cyl? thanks alot for all the help everyone has been giving me :)

If you only did one oil change thats not enough. Some times it can take 3. change again and use a diesel oil like shell rotela. The engine needs to run for twenty minutes or so to steam out. Is the engine starting fine? Make sure your not still hydro-locking the motor it should crank easy not like its hitting a hard spot. Any more questions call me at the shop 301-899-2220 Steve
