I use shaving soap. I put it in a coffee cup and use a brush to apply it. I rinse my face with hot/warm water and use cold water to clean off my mach III.

For some reason the right side of my neck is the tenderest. Any one use any other methods. Also I try to shave before showers too.

im lazy. I never remember to buy shaving cream so I just use whatever kind of soap I have......

I have to shave in the shower. My beard is so freakin tough if I shave at a sink without softening up the hair with warm water and soap it hurts like a beotch and I bleed all over the place..

I use a Schick disposable in the shower, lathered up with Dove soap. Works for me.
I`ve been wanting an electric shaver. I tried one back several years ago and it didn`t do a good job. With today`s technology, I hear electric shavers are very good. Been thinking about buying a Braun.

I shave in the shower at the end after it has softened up a bit. Just get a good shaving mirror although I usually just shave blind. Its not like I cant find my face :D
I use regular bar soap and a good disposable. The hot shower opens you pores and lets you get a little closer. I have real sensitive skin and this is the only thing that works for me. Saves a lot of time as well.
