Jim,
I may need your freind to weld this up, but I also may give it a shot myself. I have all the equipment in the shop. Stop by if you have a chance. I'll be around most of the the week. Could use some tips/advice.

If you want it Tig welded so it Looks killer I'll have to bring it back to Muskegon. I'll give you a call tomorrow, I'm sure we can get you fixed up.

Honna,
I lost motivation before I left for Florida. I will be back next week and will have more time to finish cutting up the pipes. Your flooring looks great! What did you use for carpet? I am looking to install some rubber flooring in the cuddy and the cockpit. I've seen it installed in Cigarette boats.

Been awhile since I have been on. Just like to show the new floor and the cushions have been reupustered. Engine in shop getting yanked this week. Steve the pipes look great are they done?
looks great! Nice work! Did you take out the cabinets or just slip it under?
Show some shots of the new cushions. Thanks

Steve The tubing for the new exhaust looks great.

Hey Steve thanks. The Flooring is a product from nautolex. We found it at Joann Fabric. We found it easy to work with, soft able to cut with scissors. I will let you know how it wears. Do you plan on boating memorial weekend?

Hey Dave thanks,

We actually made a sub floor out of 1/4 " plywood first, that was the tricky part not a straight angle at all. The reason for the sub floor is material is a thin vinyl and the table base sits up 1/4. Then we did the sides of the seats, and up to the cabinets. Next we adhered the vinyl to the sub floor one piece and are removable. Is your lib ready to go?

Thanks for the info on the carpet I will have to go to Joann Fabrics to look at it. I just go back from vacation this morning and hope to have time later this week to work on the exhaust some more. If I don't get it done, I may not be boating until 4th of July!

You should really be on the payroll for this company for being such a good salesman. Ha! Looks great but how does it hold up to three kids and juiceboxes???

It was also posted on GR Craigslist also...

I did see that yesterday too
I was hoping for a shot of the interior to see what the He__ 2+2 seating is all about....?
Must be sculpted buckets rather than a bench in the back I am guessing.
502 and King Cobra in a 201 ought to get it pretty good! Seem like a lighter rig and KC would be easy on the drive even after one of you guys throws a 800+hp mill in there
